Delivery at a glance

  • United Kingdom: Free tracked delivery, 2–3 working days
  • European Union: Free tracked delivery, 3–5 working days, duties and taxes included
  • United States: Free tracked delivery, 5–7 working days, duties and taxes included

Delivery times are counted from dispatch. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days.

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days. Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays are processed on the next working day.

 

Delivery by region

United Kingdom

Free tracked delivery, arriving within 2–3 working days of dispatch.

European Union

Free tracked delivery, arriving within 3–5 working days of dispatch. All duties and taxes are included in the price you pay at checkout. There's nothing extra to pay on delivery.

United States

Free tracked delivery, arriving within 5–7 working days of dispatch. All duties and taxes are included in the price you pay at checkout. There's nothing extra to pay on delivery.

 

Tracking your order

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow its progress.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United Kingdom, the European Union and the United States. We're not yet able to ship to other countries, but we're working on expanding. Get in touch and we'll let you know as soon as your country is available.

 

If something goes wrong

Delays

Estimated delivery times are aims, not guarantees. Occasional delays can happen once a parcel is with the courier, particularly around customs clearance for international orders.

Lost or missing parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 working days, or your parcel shows as delivered but hasn't arrived, please contact us via our Contact page. We'll look into it with the courier and work with you to put things right.

Damaged on arrival

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the parcel and item, and we'll put it right. This doesn't affect your rights under our Refund Policy.

Incorrect address

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery, which may carry a postage charge.
